Fees in this office are comparable for the area.  An estimate of fees for any procedure will gladly be provided upon request.  We prefer that all services be paid for at the time of the service.

VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks and Cash are acceptable.  Payment plans are available with the use of a Carecredit charge account.  This is a 90 day, interest free charge card that can be used at this practice for charges over $300.  Approval only takes 5 minutes after the completion of a short application.
